We want you to feel confident shopping with Signature Diamonds by Ginger. Because jewelry purchases often involve hygiene, wear, customization, and special sourcing considerations, the following terms apply.
Return Eligibility
Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 DAYSÂ of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included materials.
Returns that show signs of wear, resizing, damage, alteration, missing components, or misuse may be refused.

Return Authorization
Before sending back an item, customers must contact us at getlabdiamonds@gmail.com to request return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refund Timing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days, less any non-refundable shipping charges unless otherwise required by law.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend insured, trackable return shipping for all jewelry returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 HOURS of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Exchanges
If you wish to offer exchanges, use this clause.
Eligible items may be exchanged subject to availability. Custom and final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
