At Signature Diamonds by Ginger, every piece is crafted with care and precision. Because our primary focus is on custom-designed rings and lab-grown diamonds tailored specifically to your vision, our return and refund policies are structured to reflect the bespoke nature of fine jewelry production.
Please review our policies carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry (NON-REFUNDABLE)

All custom-designed rings, made-to-order pieces, and personalized jewelry are final sale.
Due to the highly specialized and bespoke nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes:
Custom ring designs
Modified ring sizes outside standard stock
Custom stone selections (carat, cut, clarity, etc.)
Engraved or personalized items
Important:

When a ring is custom-made, significant labor, time, and resources are dedicated to bringing your unique design to life. Therefore, once production has begun, labor costs and custom design fees are strictly non-refundable. Any deposit made toward a custom piece is non-refundable. If a balance remains unpaid, the deposit will be retained to cover the design and production work already invested. This protects both parties, as each custom item is uniquely created and cannot be resold.

2. Standard (Non-Custom) Items – 7 Day Return Window

For eligible non-custom, in-stock, or ready-to-ship items, we accept returns under the following strict conditions:
Timeframe: The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in its original, pristine condition.
Packaging: All original packaging, documentation, diamond certificates, and appraisals must be included. A fee may be deducted if certificates or original packaging are missing.
Approved returns for in-stock items will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Custom-designed or made-to-order jewelry.
Personalized or engraved items.
Jewelry that has been worn, resized, modified, or altered by a third-party jeweler.
Loose lab-grown diamonds sourced specifically for a custom project.
Items returned without prior authorization from our team.
Items returned after the 7-day window.
Sale or clearance items (all sale items are final sale).

4. Return Process & Shipping

We currently only sell and ship within the United States.
To request a return for an eligible in-stock item, please contact us via our contact page at getlabdiamonds.com/contact within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Returns sent without approval will be rejected and sent back to the sender.

Shipping Fees & Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a fully insured, trackable shipping method with signature confirmation, as Signature Diamonds by Ginger is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Restocking Fee

Approved returns for standard items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, processing, and handling.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Quality and craftsmanship are our highest priorities. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us via our contact page at getlabdiamonds.com/contact within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and the packaging.
We will review the issue promptly and offer a replacement or resolution. Failure to report within this 48-hour timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

7. Exchanges & Resizing

We understand ring sizing can be tricky.
One-time resizing may be offered on select items on a case-by-case basis.
The customer is responsible for shipping both ways unless otherwise stated.
Custom rings may require additional fees for resizing.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if production has begun, cancellation requests may be denied or subject to fees.
