Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Signature Requirement

For high-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Signature Diamonds by Ginger is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information

If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the packaging and product
