At Signature Diamonds by Ginger, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining the care and presentation expected from a luxury jewelry purchase.

Processing Times

In-stock items are generally processed within 3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or in cases of supplier delay.
Custom, made-to-order, and special-order items may require additional production time. Estimated timelines for these items will be communicated before shipment, but production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods

We offer shipping through FEDEX, UPS, and USPS. Available shipping methods and pricing will be shown at checkout when applicable.

Free Shipping Offers

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Unless otherwise stated, free shipping applies only to qualifying orders and cannot be combined with other shipping-related offers. We reserve the right to modify or end promotional offers at any time.

Delivery Estimates

Transit estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses submitted by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If a package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact us at getlabdiamonds@gmail.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in opening a carrier claim where appropriate, but we are not responsible for losses that occur after the package is marked delivered unless otherwise required by law.

International Shipping
